Founder Story 01
A personal reckoning with health, food and time — and the quiet decision that followed it.
There was a period when the things I had taken for granted — energy, sleep, appetite, ease — stopped arriving on their own. Nothing dramatic happened in public. The change was private, slow and impossible to argue with.
What followed was not a transformation story. It was a long correction. I began paying attention to what I ate, where it came from, how it was made, and what it actually did over months rather than days. The questions were ordinary. The answers were not always comfortable.
Some of life's hardest experiences become its most valuable lessons. Mine taught me that quality is not decoration. In food, in work, in the people you keep close, quality is the difference between a life that depletes you and one that returns something.
That is the origin of everything EPIC Group does. Not a business plan first, but a conviction: that everyday things, made properly, change the shape of a life. The company came afterwards, as the practical way to act on it.
“Health is not a project you complete. It is a direction you keep choosing.”
