EpicSys is building a data-driven SaaS platform for hospitality and food operations. We are looking for a technical leader who can understand the entire path — from physical signals in the field to reliable software and usable business data.
Essential
- 01
IoT and connected hardware — real integration experience, not theory.
- 02
Communication layers: LoRaWAN, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth device integration.
- 03
Sensing: temperature, weight, RFID tags, and microphones or audio sensing for incident and safety detection.

You do not need to build hardware yourself, but you should read hardware, firmware and communication layers fluently and translate them into software architecture.

Strong backend, API and cloud architecture judgement.

Experience designing SaaS or data services.

Relational database modelling and DB architecture design.

A way of thinking that carries field data through collection, cleaning, storage, analysis and into service.

The ability to lay a data architecture and API/analytics foundation that later carries AI and ML.

Product thinking grounded in the real problems of hospitality and food operations.
